I was part of the same group that Tots is talking about - great memories of forum fighting with some pseudo-intellectuals, aka liberals.  What started out as a place where people who were checking on friends and relatives immediately after Hurricane Katrina eventually turned into a fustercluck of political ideology.

We did do some good for some of the victims of Hurricane Katrina in an area forgotten by the media and most people.  There are a few other posters here who were part of the same group - if they want to reveal themselves I will let them do it.

Not active under any other names, I have used DATMan in the past on a gun board and my name on a mil-history-related board, but I haven't been active on either one for a few years.

2 things... Gina you put out everywhere.  Why would this be different?   And I didn't know SR and his Greyt wife took over CU!  That's awesome!

I was brown eyed girl before the crash at CU, signed back up as BEG for short. The only other boards I post on (and rarely at that) I use my real first name Julie with another letter or number.
You're right, BEG is a whole lot easier. I've been SaintLouieWoman at both CU and the Cave. I don't post anywhere else. I kept the name SLW (abbreviated) when we moved to Florida, just as SR stayed SarasotaRepub when he moved to St Louis for a while.

Conservative Underground. SarasotaRepublican and his wife's site. They post here every now and then. We have a good relationship between the two sites. Wasn't always the case until they took over.
Thanks for saying that. I truly enjoy posting here and we both have nothing but positive feelings for the Cave. Things are different there now and hopefully it's been a change for the better.

Thanks, Rebel. What was the name of the forum we were at a few years ago?

Forgot to add, because I thought I wasn't registered at CU anymore, but I was Muddyemms over there.  It's a combination of two nicknames of mine in the past.  I also used to moderate a forum for an offshoot of Ticketmaster, that was dedicated to Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band, and I was the same name over there, too.

You and SR have made great improvements at CU, you deserve it!  Most of the biggest idiots that plagued the site have either moved on or been banned, but not in a way that only allows group-think like FR, so contrarians can still have their say.  Congrats!

I am the OP, and my intentions are always pure conservative, and anti owebuma, or whoever is the titular head of the libs.
There were only two options for gender. At last count there are at least 12, according to libs. By that standard, I'm a male lesbian.
