He's an idiot.  Nothing he says is worth listening to.

He's an idiot.  Nothing he says is worth listening to.

You might recall something that happened in January 2001, about George Bush wanting to put arsenic into the water.

What really happened was that his predecessor, during his last few days in office, issued a bunch of regulations that would have been impossible to fulfill.  Jimmy Carter had done exactly the same thing to Ronald Reagan in early 1981.

Politics; just a nasty little way of "getting even," although it's not of any record any outgoing Republican president did such a thing to an incoming Democrat president.

The water standards would have made water more expensive than gasoline; they were way too strict--perhaps even scientifically impossible--and even Clinton himself had been against them prior to the elections of 2000.

When Bush came into office, he merely restored the previous status quo, nothing more than that.

But to hear the Democrats, liberals, and primitives talk, he was trying to poison us.

It's all bullshit.

Only friggen idiots would believe that anyone would want arsenic or other poisons in the water.  Everyone drinks water, why would anyone WANT to poison themselves?

Harry Reid is the western equivalent of Chuck Schumer.  He'll say any stupid thing the DNC puts in front of him, even if it's so silly a seven-year-old would be embarrassed to repeat it.

The reason they say shit like this and "they want granny eating dog food" is because they know their constituents are a bunch of dumb shits who will believe it. Says more about their constituents than it does about a scumbag politician that uses a tactic that works.

I don't know, Norm. I like to sip my arsenic down with a cold Budweiser.
