I need a few stiff drinks after seeing this, are these people totally paranoid about the picture of hands ?

People do talk and communicate with their hands, are all French, Italian, Portogeese and South Americans to now have their hands tied behind their back when they speak ??

Hell even the Irish wave their hands about to make a point.   So whats with this gang signals that are known to just a few hundred out of the hundreds of thousands that live in that neck of the woods.

Politically incorrect here.   --------- A White male child drew a picture that won a prize.    Next thing you know Adults are taking magnifying glasses to it to find a problem, and they claim the hands have gang symbols.

I need a few more drinks to make this anyway normal to me.    Won't hurt as I need a good bracer for what is to come.
