My point was that during the 08 election they claimed int'l donations were "oversights", since it's illegal to accept them. Now, not so much?

Expats working abroad are still permitted to donate if memory serves. My concern is that these folks are really just bundling foreign donations and funneling them into the campaign. It would be interesting to see the records on the donors that are located outside the US.

By having bundlers gather and funnel the money to Obama, they are responsible for verifying the legality of the donors, not ObeyWon.  That's his story and he'll stick to it.
