The rules for the DUmpster were recently augmented, by imposition of the "Sarah Palin rule."
I won't repeat the Sarah Palin rule here, meaning one has to go to the rules to read it, as it's a good idea for members to read and refresh their memory about the rules of the DUmpster every so often.
