It's nice that so many of the oldtimers are still here, but it would be good if some of the others would pop back in. :)

True, but it's a common phenomenon as a site naturally evolves; some of the "originals" find they're more comfortable with a different set of people, and drift away, not because there's a problem with the new site, but simply because they're more comfortable elsewhere.

It does however need pointed out that conservativecave enjoys a higher-than-usual retention rate.

Jeez. It's been four years already!

I'd like to thank Ron Paul. His Ronulan invasion really provided the impetus for me, at least, to leave that other place and put down roots here. I was never really comfortable at CU. This place is the best!

And, most importantly, thank you Rebel, for setting this place up and inviting us.

Since then, the admins and mods have really created a site to be proud of.

Happy Birthday, CC!  I came for the DUmpster, and stayed because it was the perfect size.  You can get to know people, their likes & dislikes, their styles of senses of humor, etc.  I also stayed because of the caliber of people.  The really great writing, and the honorable character of the members.

Happy Birthday CC. Left because our old home was invaded by Ronulans and supported by one as it turned out. Jumped ship and have only looked over there a few times. Love it here and hope that we all have many years togeter. Besides Dutch needs the BS.
