Van der Sloot, who was arrested but not charged in the 2005 disappearance of 18-year-old Alabama woman Natalee Holloway on the Dutch Caribbean island of Aruba, had previously said he strangled 21-year-old business student Stephany Flores after meeting her in a casino in Lima.

Under Peruvian law, a prison term for a "sincere confession" to a murder is normally much shorter than one for an outright guilty plea. Prosecutors have said Van der Sloot robbed and killed Flores before fleeing the scene of a crime to Chile.

If Van der Sloot formally enters a "sincere confession" to the judges on Wednesday, the trial would quickly enter a sentencing phase and he could spend less than a decade behind bars.

How long has this man spent in prison awaiting trial so far.   

I wonder about the rate of re-offenders that get placed back into that hell hole that gives them access to drugs and sex, ALA Charles Manson.   

I know the pecking order in prisons around the world is mostly the same, the more famous the prisoner the more respect he gets, excepting Jeffery Dormer and the Boston Strangler. 

I kind of picked up on the 3 female judges that are not happy about what they called disrespect of their Court by Joran rolling his eyes, yawning and compaired that to Lindsey girl with Fu*k you on her finger nails. 

Now I am curious of what the prisons are like for female offenders--------Where do the baby's go born from rape from the guards ??????

Perhaps my Russian friend is correct about there being no prisons in Russia, anyone that goes into a state insane asylum  and re-offends must be insane.  Only the insane will break the law is their thinking.

I hope those Judges have more spunk then those Judges Lindsey had, they are a disgrace to American Justice.
