Jay-zus Che-riss!!  Now I know that Liberalism/socialism/progressivism is a mental disorder, because these clowns sound just like the "useful" idiots at the DUmp - among other places - as the Christmas season rolls around.

Quote

PYONGYANG –  North Korea warned South Korea on Sunday of "unexpected consequences" if Seoul displays Christmas lights near the tense border, and vowed to retaliate for what it called "psychological warfare."

The South's defense ministry said earlier it was considering a request by a Seoul church group to put up Christmas lights on a steel tower shaped like a tree atop a military-controlled hill near the border.

The North's official website, Uriminzokkiri, called the plan "a mean attempt for psychological warfare" against the communist state and threatened to retaliate immediately if the lights are switched on.

The 511-feet hill in the South, about two miles from the border, is within range of North Korean gunfire.

The tree-shaped, 98-feet high steel structure is illuminated by thousands of small light bulbs and can be seen from the North's major city of Kaesong just north of the border, according to media reports.

"The enemy warmongers ... should be aware that they should be held responsible entirely for any unexpected consequences that may be caused by their scheme," Uriminzokkiri said. "This issue ... is not something to be ignored quietly."

Jeondong Catholic Church in Jeonju, South Korea.

Everywhere the church is under attack, this church in Saudi Arabia likely no longer exists with any visible trace today. Once discovered by tourists digging out their stuck vehicle the Saudi government forbade any foreigners near the area. it is the oldest Christian church known anywhere in the world. It is estimated to have been built around 400 A.D. predating even the church built over the site of Christ's birth by a century.

24/7/365 days a year the North blast propaganda music and speeches across the border. Sorry but you ****sticks probably could use some light shinned over to your side. Seeing as how your great experiment in Communism works so well that most the country is dark after sunset.

What is the problem the North has with this display of Christmas lights.?????

Do they fear that these lights will cause the population to go nuts and become Bible Thumpers that no longer worship the Government???

Such a frail government that fears a symbol of others faith can brain wash their citizens.   I wonder how they would react if instead of the Cross it was a giant Koran ???

If it's Monday, it must be time for the Norks to rattle their weapons again.

A civilization in decline, desperate and step by step headed the way of of the lost civilizations the archeologist's find and dig up from time to time.

Those in the Medical field I know that served in S. Korea tell of the inhumane people that live in the North.   Individually the people are just trying to survive in a world of horror.

Yet those given entrance to N. Korea show large clean city's, a healthy agriculture business and no hint of starvation, pollution or the very poor.     Oh yes they filmed what the Government allowed, the under belly was never shown.

So is N. Korea a threat to the the world, you betcha, we do not give our enemy enough credit to realise just how strong they are.    A bad mistake for the world to believe this is a weak and stupid country.  It is N.Korea that paints itself as starving and and ignorant Nation.   We laugh as N.Korea rattles their sabers, sort of inderect actions of a magician.

Never underestimate an Asian that can wait for 500 years to rain havoc on the descendants of a long ago enemy.

Exactly!  As a basis for protest, this one is even more laughable than the normal Nork BS.
