How did your Representative vote?
« on: November 18, 2011, 04:07:10 PM »
How did your Representative vote on the constitutional balanced budget amendment? Four out of the 5 that S.C. has voted for it. We have 2 black representatives and half of them (one out of the two) voted for it. I'm proud of 4/5 of reps.... :-)

In a way, I'm glad it didn't pass. There were some things about the bill I didn't like but the vote shows that a balanced budget does have some strong support and that after the next election some form of it Hopefully a better version) might just pass.

If she didn't have her name stenciled inside the waistband of her granny schooner bloomers she wouldn't remember who she is.

I've been under the weather, so I missed this, but, when I saw that Paul Ryan voted against it, I was glad it didn't pass.

I'm so proud of our congress critter! No balanced budget for him.

"Liberalism is an essentially feminine, submissive world view. Perhaps a better adjective than feminine is infantile. It is the world view of men who do not have the moral toughness, the spiritual strength to stand up and do single combat with life, who cannot adjust to the reality that the world is not a huge, pink-and-blue, padded nursery in which the lions lie down with the lambs and everyone lives happily ever after."

~ Dr. William Pierce

Mine did - Luetkemeyer (R, MO 9th District)

Blaine's voting record is solidly conservative and every indication is it's going to stay that way. He's one of the good guys.  :cheersmate:

Freeborn, you have Louise Slaughter?  Oh my God.  Mine is a faceless, nameless, milquetoast of a man, who makes no name for himself, rocks no boat, stirs no pot.  He just votes the way all the other dems do, and goes to lunch.

Don't you hate being represented by someone you loathe?

Paul Broun, R-GA voted for it.
NAMBLA is a left-wing organization.

There's a reason why patriotism is considered a conservative value. Watch a Tea Party rally and you'll see people proudly raising the American flag and showing pride in U.S. heroes such as Thomas Jefferson. Watch an OWS rally and you'll see people burning the American flag while showing pride in communist heroes such as Che Guevera. --Bob, from some news site
