Cleveland police are investigating an alleged sexual assault incident Saturday at the “Occupy Cleveland” rally involving a 19-year-old female student from Parma.

According to police reports, the 19-year-old student was instructed by “Occupy Cleveland” personnel to “share a tent with the suspect due to a shortage of tents.” The suspect identified himself as “Leland” to the woman. The woman told police that after she had thought the suspect went to sleep in his own bed, she slept in a sleeping bag provided to her by the rally. ...

She must have been the sister to the slow talking boy down the road.

Kid talked so slow people teased him about it. He told them that if they thought he talked slow they should see his sister. He said, "She talks so slow she was raped twice before she could say no."

It's a joke dammit.... a joke.  :-)

There are some remarkably large holes in that story as presented.  Of course if she was incapacitated by drugs and therefore unable to consent, it would still be rape, and that would explain most of the major discrepancies.

There's a video report here, it seems that she is learning disabled.  (The reporter is an idiot BTW, but it's worth it to get to the jackass who claims she was bussed in to make a false allegation).
