Obama blames Europe for poor US economy

Quote
Two advisers to President Obama demurred when asked repeatedly and specifically whether they agree with Obama's claim that the European fiscal crisis is "the biggest headwind" slowing the U.S. economy.

Mike Froman, Deputy National Security Adviser on International Economic Affairs, would not endorse Obama's assessment except to say, during yesterday's press briefing, that European issues "affect us in the United States as well."  Ben Rhodes, Deputy National Security Adviser for Strategic Communications, also dodged the issue, except to say "everybody has a stake here in the success of a plan that can deal with the eurozone crisis."

You know, I have never known any specific action that has ever come out of the G11, G19, G20, whatever the **** it is this year. I'm looking at it quite simplistically, I know, and certainly from the standpoint who's on the outside looking in, but it looks to me like all these "leaders" do when they convene is to waste more taxpayer money so as to look like they're doing something.

Who is this and what has he done with the REAL OBozo?  The genuine jug-eared muslim SCOAMF would have blamed the US for Europe's economic woes. :thatsright:

You pretty much nailed it.
“The national budget must be balanced. The public debt must be reduced; the arrogance of the authorities must be moderated and controlled. Payments to foreign governments must be reduced, if the nation doesn't want to go bankrupt. People must again learn to work, instead of living on public assistance.”

What's the difference?  Socialistic policies have cratered the EU, and Obama wants to follow their lead, resulting in the cratering of the US.

It's STILL his damned fault.  Nice try, though, Bozo.
