Oscar Wilde, the large-proboscised primitive, he of the canopied four-poster bed and padded quilts; ruffles and flourishes on his sleeves, and hand-embroidered handkerchiefs. The dainty one who locked his cat up in the bedroom without access to sanitary facilities, and got all bent out of shape when the cat pissed on him.

Can anybody name one crime not committed by Bush & Co?
I just can't think of a crime that hasn't been committed by Bush, Cheney, or one of their henchmen over the past eight years. From jaywalking, to war crimes, they seem to have covered the whole gamut.
It's possible that none of them ever had sex with a yak, but who knows?
Can anyone name one crime that they haven't committed or are strongly suspected of committing?

1. They Were Never Arrested at an anti-war protest or anti-globalization protest?

4. Protesting against the government isn't a crime.
Hmmm. We might want to file that admission away, for future use.

3. As far as I know, they haven't rebroadcast a baseball game without written consent from MLB

6. Hmmm, sounds like maybe they're innocent of this.
Then again, who knows?

8. Hmm...
I would have to say ransoming. When we kidnap, we either let them go when we're done torturing them, or we lock up/kill them. No headlines of "Hey, Al-Qaeda, we have you commander! If you want him back, give us _____!"

10. Letting Bin Laden escape at Tora Bora comes pretty close.
Who knows what they may have received in return (perhaps from their Saudi friends) for MIHOP or LIHOP regarding Bin Laden's being allowed to get away.

12. I think that falls under the category of
Actions taken to protect a conspiracy.
Since Bin-Laden was on our payroll, we couldn't allow him to be captured or killed(Although I'm sure he's dead currently due to kidney damage), That would have either exposed them or removed one of the great rallying points of the "war on terror."

13. Sounds good. I guess there won't be any ransom indictment.

14. I favor Mass Murder, Crimes against humanity, Treason and Whatever category Trillion dollar theft falls under for charges.
I have to say that I like the OP's idea- we could put them on trial for ALL OF IT, and let them try and prove otherwise.
Oh my. Doesn't that violate the Constitution? Aren't the primitives for the Constitution?

9. Jaywalking in Provincetown, Mass.
Because it is highly unlikely that any of them ever set foot in the place.
Isn't Provincetown where all the morose people hang out?

11. Are you sure? Remember, the OP refers to all their henchmen and there are a whole bunch of them.

18. Well, you can never be sure, but
If you've ever been in Provincetown, Massachusetts, you know that it is not the kind of place that even a Cheneybush henchman would admit to having visited............
Kind of like that bathhouse district in San Francisco, huh?

15. Suicide...of the physical, not political nature.
I'm pretty sure there are still a few states where non-assisted suicide is considered a crime.
I'll chip in for the one-way airline tickets.

17. I was going to say sodomy, but then I remembered Abu Ghraib
Although the Yak thing hasn't been prosecuted yet, either (the Yak's family has been threatened).
Hmmm. For the record, Oscar Wilde is allegedly straight and married (to a woman), but of the frail male type.
One suspects Oscar didn't get any last night.
