Yeah, sure, I totally believe she did this spontaneously and shops there every week.  She probably left there to find a locally owned shoe repair shop to get all the family's footwear resoled to save money and keep an American employed.

another media outlet reported that she visited a Target in Alexandria VA. Why didn't she shop at the one in the District?
