Alien thinking?
This man is preaching to the wrong congregation, notice all the young folks.
He needs to preach to those in the 50 year old bracket and the 60+ year old getting ready to retire.
People with 30- 40 years of work ahead of them are not so worried, KIDS with years of work ahead of them
Never gave a thought to what would happen to me in the future when I was 20-30-40-50 year old.
It is when one comes to the last stretch, watching our 401k disappear, ageing and fear loss of job and insurance, then we are a sandwitch generation, we still have parents alive and the kids need help.
Parents are soon to retire and get Medicaid, our kids or grandchildren need help when our kids are laid off, then there is us in between, worried about keeping our jobs, loosing our savings, home, our insurance.
We need some reality here, What happens to grandpa if his Medicaid is lowered and he is booted out of his home or a nursing home???
Where does he go--- his family that have lost all their savings, grandkids that have just lost their job????
Very serious problem here, talking to the youth will not help, one has to warn those over 45 that they can wake up poor as a church mouse, life savings gone an they live between parents with needs, kids and grandchildren that will go down the drain as a lost Generation.
Question, What ever happend to the Gray Panthers that fought for their rights as Senior Citizens to pass on their earthly goods to their children and family ????
