I have a pre 9/11 mindset. I'm still sane and in spite of a decade of annual reminders.   Updated at 8:04 AM

I will "never forget" in a different sense than designed, which is life before 9/11.

So you were stupid then, and you are stupid now.

4. 9/11 - the day that Americans became wusses

I don't think there's anything to celebrate here. The events of this day destroyed any American unity that may have existed and turned us into invertebrates,

We should be mad as hell at the people who let this happen but instead we let their lapdog news media divert our attention to the victims of the attacks.

If July 4 represents the beginning of American independents, 9/11 commemorates its demise.

No, you and your friends were all wusses prior to 9-11, and you continued to be wusses after that day.

6. I'm going to try to ignore this day as best I can.

It's something I'll never forget, but I hate to remember. You'll find me in the garden.

Those who forget history are doomed to repeat it. DUmmies are good at burying their heads in the sand.
I may not lock my doors while sitting at a red light and a black man is near, but I sure as hell grab on tight to my wallet when any democrats are close by.

Solemn national events to the dummies=reminder that there are actually evil people outside of the US...let's face it, Bush didn't ignore intel, people like the DUmmies and their attitudes however probably did delay reaction at that time pre-9/11--burying their head in the sand and pointing the overused finger of racism at every attempt to add layers of security to protect our nation. They hate 9/11 because it reminds them that they were WRONG. They hate Bush(even more then when he was first elected) for the same reasons; his strength of character and leadership proved they were WRONG. They stick to ridiculous ideas and notions because their collective 'super smart' brains won't let them admit they were wrong(a pattern in most of their lives btw to scoff the good advice and examples of others). IN the end, their attitudes boil down to this: they just don't want to be reminded of the fact of how wrong they really were and are.

  • All in all, not bad, not bad at all
I don't remember - did the DUmp have a solemn memorial on the tenth anniverary of the Supreme Court decision that gave us President Bush,
and sent algore off to fleece the taxpayers and the DUmbasses with his global warming scam?

I doubt it. They didn't remember the 6th anniversary of the day the round red scamster went to his richly-earned reward, and at the DUmp, the freepers killing Andy was as big an event as 9/11.

My Mom always said while I was growing up "show me your friends and I'll tell you who you are". I have to say, on Facebook we use it to keep in touch with family and friends, and they've all been wonderful today, even the few who call themselves Liberals. I have an awesome family and awesome friends. I haven't read not 1 mean spirited thing as I've read here in the DUmp, DU should be so embarrassed.

Hell, the 4th anniversary was the last one the primitives remembered, in 2009.

They needed prompted by us for the 5th anniversary in July 2010, and then of course prompted again for the 6th anniversary last July.

This, for a guy hundreds of primitives pledged to remember "for the rest of" their lives, he being branded forever on their hearts, minds, and souls, the night of July 9, 2005.

I'm sure we'll have to prompt them again next July, for the 7th anniversary.

One gets the impression the primitives were very troublesome to toilet-train, as they don't remember anything.
