Third thought ,was she now had no one to order about, now, to please those that expected food from her, she now had some kind of power over her life, a macho power play finally in her life.
A sort of love me or starve sort of thing. This is a very creepy human, she seems to have felt no controll with the children or husband, but by gosh she had controll over the lives of her cats.
