This has to be a Freeper Troll.  Seriously, EVERYONE (including the poor) should pay taxes?  That's blasphemy to the DUmmies.  

The Dawgs dummie says it's a question only for his fellow DUers.  Ironic we can discuss it over here, eh?

Why NOT raise taxes for EVERYONE?
   

If you're unemployed do you care that you have to pay an extra few bucks on the minimal income you make if it means potentially getting a better job?

If you're employed do you mind paying a couple hundred dollars more a year if it means keeping your job?

If you own a company would you mind paying a little bit more if it means increased business?

This is really a question for my fellow DUers, as I've seen some say that we need to ONLY increase taxes on the rich.

I mean, the economy sucks worse than any point in my lifetime (40 years), and taxes have never been lower, so why not?

Now if only we could collect a 35% tax on all the dope sold in the U.S., all would be well...well, except for the dope using DUmmies. They would like that, then having to pay taxes.

Hey, maybe that's why Obama hired those 15,000 new IRS agents and armed them.

 Someone needs to tell Norquist and Congress that Norquist is not King of the US. Our ancestors fought the British so that we would not have a King.

What is it with these people and Grover Norquist?  I think of him as a columnist in the Washington Times; they think he's some kind of all-powerful god?  Maybe they're plants, too, designed to give Grover lots of publicity and name recognition. 

And another thing.  Anybody else getting tired of the cliched phrase "crumbling infrastructure?"

Yes.  It is a damn' sight less crumbly now than it was when I was younger.  In fact the only places where it's actually "Crumbly" that I've seen in the past few years are where corrupt Democrat machines and/or organized crime control the contracting process (To the extent there's any difference between the two, which there mostly isn't in most of the Northeast Corridor and certain other areas).

Crumly infrastructure... :lmao:...Hell, I was raised on a dirt road with wooden bridges. A paved road with potholes and concrete bridges is...well...quite a few steps up to me.

Everyone should pay taxes no matter what their income is, and I also think child credits need to go also.
