I have it on good authority that active DU members are reincarnated as muslim women.

Generally speaking, what type of person do you consider yourself?

I'm an awful person.  I hurt others intentionally, and I enjoy doing so.

Most people dislike me, but I don't care.

You find someone physically attractive.  Which of the following statements is most accurate?

I'll approach someone, and if I'm rejected, I'll insult them, and walk away.  I want the upper hand.

You create something that you're very proud of, but everyone tells you that your creation sucks.  Which of the following statements is the most accurate?

I listen to what they have to say, and then I tell them to go to hell.  I don't need their negative attitudes.

You see a mentally handicapped person.  What is the first thought that pops into your mind?

Ding, fries are done!

You borrow something from friend.  Which of the following statements is most accurate?

I keep what I borrowed as long as I can, hoping my friend forgets about it.  When I'm asked to return it, I claim I never had it.

You have two $1 bills.  A friend asks you to borrow $2.  What do you do?

I give my friend nothing.  After all, I only have $2.

Looks like you primitives can look forward to a lateral move.

A Nun!!!

I'm returning as an An alligator

Almost 39% of people will be reincarnated as a higher form of life than you.

You're not perfect, but you've lead a better life than most.  With a few changes now, your next life could be even better.

Has anyone here ever attempted reincarnation? ...yeah, but they were all aborted.
“The American people will never knowingly adopt socialism. But, under the name of ‘liberalism’, they will adopt every fragment of the socialist program, until one day America will be a socialist nation, without knowing how it happened.” - Norman Thomas, U.S. Socialist Party presidential candidate 1940, 1944 and 1948

"America is like a healthy body and its resistance is threefold: its patriotism, its morality, and its spiritual life. If we can undermine these three areas, America will collapse from within."  Stalin

Yeah, I guess it's either that or a nun, and chowing down on sister would probably mess up my next go round.

I came back as a giraffe.  Same thing, I'm not perfect but better than most.  Wonder why our animals were different?

I probably lost the most points for the creating something question-if everyone told me it sucked I'd tell them to go to hell. :-)

I took the test again, answering the same way as the first time. Instead of a Gator, I was coming back as a Parrot. Different percentage too. Changed from 39% to 36%.

I knew this tick once that was in the fictional spirit-guide corps. I don't know how a tick gained entrance to the corps. Those things are above my pay-grade.

For those who don't know, a tick is naturally a blood-sucker that carries many diseases. On top of this his attitude was just bad. He was a hateful guy that never looked out for anyone but himself. He mistreated almost everyone. He was arrogant, and he was an ass. He was also just plain lazy when it came to everything except sucking blood. None of guys in the fictional spirit-guide corps liked him. I really don't know anyone who did like him.

One day he showed up in the administrator's office and demanded to be reincarnated. The administrator tried to talk him out of it. The administrator explained to him that due to his attitude he would be reincarnated into a lower life-form as a type of penance. The tick called the administrator an idiot and proclaimed that there was no life-form lower than a tick. With that the administrator shrugged and granted the tick's wish. The tick was reincarnated with the same attitude and nature but as a lower life-form. To this day the reincarnated tick is posting on DemocratUnderground.

Don't we all reincarnate with our DNA ?????

Past life regression is interesting, why do some of us have some talent that has to be " inherited" from a past family member.  Genes make body replication but do not explain

Why do some children insist they remember things that they were never exposed to and know things beyond their years????

Very interesting subject, the hair raising feel that one has been here before or seen this place in a dream, the fact that one can bond instantly with a stranger, love at first sight.

Is there a Gene for past memory's or a Gene that makes our personality's?????

Damn good question, curious if cloning will instill the say training of the parent so the cloned remembers how to do certain tasks that the parent had to be trained to do.?????

So much to learn, so little time.

Ah. The wonderful vesta. Greetings.

After reading your post I have researched many Genes in an attempt to answer your question. Among them:
Gene Kranz - Flight Director for NASA
Gene Okerlund - Once an announcer for wrestling's WWF
Gene Autry - Singing cowboy
Gene Kelly - Dancer
Gene Simmons - One of the founders of KISS

None of these Genes (nor the many others I researched) really seemed to play a part in our past memory or personality.

Sorry I was not able to help.

Is there a gene for apostrophe's in plural's? Why isn't there one in "make's"?
Is it the same gene that compel's one to use capital letter's improperly?
