Because the negotiations will fail. He will be forced to invoke the 14th Amendment. Then our credit ratings will collapse. The Repugs will impeach him and to maintain control, he will be forced to declare:

One could could probably make two dozen topics a day just on the ignorant, laughable spelling & grammar mistakes found here.
I've seen "marshall law" written here so many times I couldn't even begin to count them.
These mistakes are a reflection of the piss-poor public education system that is found in the United States and liberals, conservatives and the non-committed all suffer from it.
