Now, for those here who have no idea who djones520 is because you've never seen him here, djones520 was one of the founding members of conservativecave back in December 2007.  He's in the military, and shortly after conservativecave got underway, he was sent to central Asia, which messed up his internet access.

It appears he could get into our old home, but not conservativecave.

So he was compelled to pack his bags again and go back there.  djones520 currently serves the same function there as I do here, running the "Best/Worst of DU" forum, their counterpart of our DUmpster.

He's a good guy, a great guy, of sterling quality of character, and I wish he were here, but things happen.

djones520 is also a walking encyclopedia of weather information.

Coach, I remember his explanations of various conditions that he's encountered.  Very informative.  Kinda like our own Weather Channel, without the "glowball warming" shit.

I remember djones from usmilnet.

Active duty Air Force weatherman, and has served his country in lots of wayward places. I believe he's also from the decent part of Michigan. (There is a decidedly indecent part of Michigan, but we need not discuss that now.)

I went over to our old home this morning, and just now, and djones hasn't been there today, at least that I could see.

Can anyone update us on him?  Is he back in the United States yet, or is he still over there?
