Georgetown MA - On June 23, Massachusetts Rep. Barney Frank and Texas Rep. Ron Paul filed federal legislation (H.R. 2306) that legalizes cannabis for all purposes while maintaining marijuana's current status under Federal drug testing policies. Other co-sponsors include Rep. John Conyers (D-MI), Rep. Steve Cohen (D-TN), Rep. Jared Polis (D-CO), and Rep. Barbara Lee (D-CA).
