She plead guilty to a felony charge for spanking a kid?

I'd have taken my chances with a jury.  I suspect that there may be more to this story.

Mine are too big to spank these days, but I sure did spank them when they were little.  They are now both productive adult members of society and that occasional ass warming doesn't seem to have harmed them any.
