poll: are any of the primitives going to come around?

Does one suppose any of the primitives are ever going to come around to admitting defeat, admitting that they've been wrong and short-sighted, admitting that they're the scum of the earth, a waste of oxygen?

After all, "hitting bottom" is the beginning of wisdom.

The past 32 months, the primitives have been repeatedly disappointed in their expectations of their 0messiah, the Big Zero.  Decent and civilized people have had a tough go of it during the same time, but generally overall one is hard-pressed to find a primitive who's better off now, than he was under George Bush.

I'm not asking if one supposes some of the primitives will start filling in the "R" oval on their ballots--pigs will fly before that happens--but simply if one supposes some of the primitives will just admit they're stupid, admit that they lost, throw up their arms, and go away.....

Or preferably, just self-destruct, so as to leave more room and resources on the planet for other people.

I think it may happen as this 0bamafarce goes on, that perhaps two or three of them might actually change into "R"s, that some dozens or scores of them might simply toss in the towel and crawl away, but that the vast overwhelming majority of the primitives would rather die than admit they've been stupid, they've been wrong, they've been had.

I'm of course always guided by the timeless wisdom of Lord Baring, governor of British East Africa during the 1950s--the primitives need to feel the sting of the lash (which we give them here in the DUmpster) because the lash might civilize two or three of them, and half-civilize a few dozen or score of them.....but most of the primitives, well, they need to feel the lash simply because they're primitives.

No,they are bitter enders.
They still think communisim is a good idea,any electoral defeat is chalked up to vote fraud or theft.
Reality disagrees with their entire belief system so they live outside of it.

I just don't know.  Bear in mind that both Andrew Breitbart and David Mamet used to be braindead liberals.

But I think it's reasonable to conclude that both Breitbart and Mamet were born with more cerebral cells than the run-of-the-mill primitives.  David Horowitz, too.

I think they can. It is a very small percentage but if they stay on the board, they will never come around. By it's very nature the DUmp demands that one denies reality. Those that point it out are soon pizzaed (I like making new verbs).

Not me. You have to have new words. Hell, I was involved with the new transitive verb "walldude".
I just hate the word "primary" as a verb, because it's as sure an indicator of moonbattery as the word "planet".

Some of them will change.  But if I know the DU type, they will ditch all of their old friends and claim to have always been conservative.  They excel at rewriting history.  Kind of like the way when they find out some actor or other luminary has come out as conservative DUmmies claim to have always hated them, never thought they had talent, were overrated, and on and on.

I say no, they are bitter enders, who would sooner cut off their own hands and eat them than vote Republican.

I also seems the more "education" a DUmmie has, the less likely they can/will change.

I'm not sure. You want to think that after Jimmy The Peanut and what he did that they would once again come around to seeing the damage being done . In this case after watching the inmates of DU there doesn't seem to be alot of hope that they ever will come around and thus be lost forever.

They think they are right because when their ideas fail it is never their fault.  barack fails: "it Bush's fault". Guantanamo stay open its the republicans in congress's fault.  Tax hikes don't pay off the debt "we didn't raise taxes enough". Stimulus doesn't stimulate "it was worse then we though, let's try again".
