60 days is up. The Republicans are prepared to take this to the Supremos if they have too. McCain is making a total ass of himself: siding with Obama and claiming the War Powers act is unconstitutional.

The link is to the story on Drudge. I'm assuming you already read it. If not, click on the link and at least learn about what an utter fool/toady McCain has become.

Juan McLame, to his credit, is being consistent. He says he doesn't recognize the constitutionality of the WPA.

But waitaminute, Juan.

It ain't your freakin' JOB to "question the constitutionality" of ANY law on the books. Your job is to vote against it, had you been in a position to do so (not in 1973 -- IIRC, he had just returned from an extended stay in the Hanoi Hilton).

The point is, get your ass out of the judiciary's business, Juan. You're looking like a fool.

But that's what Arizonans want, I suppose. They voted for his ass. Again.  :whatever:

It actually isn't a law, it's the "War Powers Resolution," not "War Powers Act."  Besides, doesn't Obama get 60 fighting days, not 60 calendar days...?

How far away from Manchuria again?  Someone showed him the queen, maybe it was Swollen Powell. :argh:

HINT:  I am no McCain fan ditto Swollen Colin.  Not everyone who ever wore the uniform deserves accolades ever after.  <cough>  John Kerry <cough>

"fighting" days, "business" days, it's all the same.
Let nothing trouble you,
Let nothing frighten you.
All things are passing;
God never changes.
Patience attains all that it strives for.
He who has God lacks nothing:
God alone suffices.
