:hyper: I simply cannot wait. I get this way for every season's opening commercial, but this is different. This is the finale to what I believe is the best show to hit television. The end of FX's flagship show. This is following the death of OBL, and the series finale is supposed to air on the 10th Anniversary of 9/11.

I just simply cannot wait to go back inside 62 Truck.  :hyper:

Meh.  Why is Dennis Leary famous?  Because "there's no cure for cancer".

God dammit with the Bill Hicks references.  :thatsright: Bill was only mildly funny, and very volatile. I mean with the crowds. Couldn't take any form of criticism.

Anywho, this thread is about RM, so I'll stick to that topic. Leary has pulled a winner with this show. Tommy Gavin is a perfect character for him. :)

Love this show too. They have had some not so stellar episodes over the years but the core of the show (Tommy and Co.) keep me interested.

No, my friends, there’s only one really progressive idea. And that is the idea of legally limiting the power of the government. That one genuinely liberal, genuinely progressive idea — the Why in 1776, the How in 1787 — is what needs to be conserved. We need to conserve that fundamentally liberal idea. That is why we are conservatives. --Bill Whittle

Never much of a 'RM' fan. I'm more interested in the 'Smallville' series finale tomorrow night.

To each his own, movie buff. :)

Glad you're a fan too, Dixie. I can't explain, or contain the excitement I retain over this show.  :hyper: :lmao:

Hmm.. interesting. 5 seasons too. That'll give me 2 or 3 weeks to catch up, if I take my time. :)

Give Rescue Me a chance, it's not for everyone...

Personally, IMO it's one of the best series that's still in production.
