This is a really brilliant piece of work. A sort of 10 times a different view of the world with a reversal of roles in the mix.
A sort of view point from the Indians that killed Custer, or how the Church Justified and encouraged the actions of Cortez's. The fact that all the gold and silver sent to Europe had a big part in this. Its not the Money they said, it was to save their souls and bring them to a true faith. Had there been no gold, Europe would not have given a rats Ass about the people, their souls or what ever.
People in the past could excuse EVERYTHING in the name of God.------Today like minded people following faith and a true belief in what they do, still exists.
Very difficult to protect ones self from --the true believers. These people are either Pacific's or radicals that hold no thought to what they do. They have no mercery, or any reason to question their faith, they do as told by the leaders of their faith to insure they have an after life and ignore the suffering of those that believe different.
Mankind has just a numbered of days on planet earth, death is eternity and to live in Heaven forever is a strong call to those that fear death may be the end of it all.
I am afraid this leads to those that are socialpaths, care for no one but themselves and their salvation in the family, friends, these people are out for themselves they care for nothing but getting into the graces of their God and do so by the teachings of their religious leaders.
Unbelievable that in today's world we have war claimed on the world by one religious faith based people.
Heard a rumor that Afghanistan has billions of dollars in minerals in the ground------ HIMMMMMM Are we there for the people or their unclaimed riches. Do we really care about their welfare or be looking down the road to what their land can in rich us.
Human nature does not change, I can see the spirit of Cortez's over Afghanistan licking his lips as he contemplates the untapped riches to be had and the excuses people give to invade the country. We are here for the soul and life of the people-------- We are here from some other government and here to help you.
