It's like one of those collars that vets put on animals so they don't scratch or lick themselves after surgery.  She has kitty acne and as soon as I wash her chin, she scratches it and it's getting worse.  I feel so guilty putting that thing on her but I figure it's better than one of those hard plastic things.
