A Facebook WTF

I have a liberal friend whom I have known for many years and she's an Obama worshiper and to me, she seems to be a little naive.  I met her when we were both working for the county government.  She still works there and so does her husband.  We had a discussion once about HCR and she said that their health insurance is free.  She had no concept of the fact that it is the taxpayers who pay for their health care.  

I don't want to call her a DUmmie and I definitely cannot figure out her thinking.  Maybe someone here can decipher what she is trying to get across.  

So anyway, I posted this statement as my status last night:

In overseas trading tonight, gold is up to $1516 per ounce (up from 1505 on Friday) and silver is nearly at $48 per ounce!

Liberal friend:  And cocaine is up three times what gold is.
      
Me:  I don't really follow the price of cocaine. :)
        
Liberal friend:  I guess it's more lucrative
        
Me:  .............and illegal! With the economy in the toilet, gold and silver are fine investments right now.

COCAINE??????

From what I can gather she's telling you that her savings in "free healthcare" is being burned up by her cocaine budget.  :whistling:

What have we learned today, kids? When they are this stupid, you cannot reason with them. Its best just to mock them, and quote them so the rest of us can laugh as well.
