Why would you vote Republican to run government when they don't believe in it?
If you were running a business and were interviewing candidates for a job, and one of the candidates says that he doesn't believe in your company, he thinks it's inherently bad and has never done anything good, and if hired, he will tell the public and the media everywhere that your company is bad. Would you hire this person?
I wouldn't.

We believe in a small govt that abides what is spelled out in the constitution.
This notion that we don't want any govt is plain stupid.
There is a huge difference between not wanting govt involved in every aspect of our lives, and having a govt that fulfills it's constitutional duties and nothing more.

2. Or vote in lawmakers whose decisions could bring on the Rapture/Armageddon of their dreams
You would think the Biblical scholars at DU would understand that the rapture can not be brought on by anyone. The Bible is pretty clear that it's all up to God. Maybe they have Christians confused with the Muslims who think they can bring the 12th iman.
