Is it Happy Hour yet?
« on: April 12, 2008, 12:25:26 PM »
I've got my errands done for today.  I gassed up the car and filled up both the weedeater can and the mower can.  It's 73 degrees here, it's raining and gloomy, much like my mood.

I've started on a bottle of 2005 Kendal Jackson Grand Reserve Chardonnay.  I'm not accustomed to corked bottles of wine and it took me a bit to get into it with the new corkscrew (bargain close out priced at a buck fifty!).  This was a gift from the showroom I took care of this furniture market.

Now to pair it with a frozen dinner.  I have several options.  Will it be the Hungry Man boneless fried chicken dinner with mashed potatoes and corn (bonus of a brownie included!) or the Boston Market Beef Pot Roast dinner with mashed potatoes?  There are also some cheap ass turkey pot pies (2 are considered a meal) but I'm not to thrilled with that idea.  I didn't eat yesterday and this is my 1st meal today.  I gotta eat if I'm going to imbibe.

What say y'all?

Pfffftttttttt ... I went with the Hungry Man chicken dinner.  Not that it sucked too awfully bad, I just couldn't eat.  I gave it to the dog.  Once that was decided, I corked the bottle and laid down, fell asleep.  I'm just getting up.

Wild child, keeping up with you is a challenge I just can't muster tonight!
However I am going to go back to WE's thread (with yummy pic goodness!) on the Speedo controversy.  Meet me there and we'll oggle the toggle in that fellas suit.   :lmao:

Where's he hiding his nuttyness?
Will the non-aerodynamics of his toggle slow him down?
How many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie pop?
