You know, after all this time, I have the distinct feeting that we've metatarsaled before. But it couldn't be, 'cause I think you woulda booted me out of the meeting. It was, of course, a long time ago in a distal place.

I wonder if the man who lost his foot was really named Paul Bunyon?  His name was changed to protect him from corny jokes.
