Another dictator acting up because he isn't the center of attention.   I would not be surprised if the war games are delayed or cancelled .

Having been on the DMZ in Korea its a daily occurance that one side or the other drops those leaflets for someone to find. When I first got there I had to join the rest of the unit working out of Guard Post Oullett and when we were patroling the DMZ we would find leaflets and take them back with us so the MI guys could read them later.
