It goes out the back of a C-130 at 30,000 feet, and damn near breaks the sound barrier as it comes down, before it detonates.  Who cares what color the thing is?

I was just commentin' on the paint job! Somebody in ordinance have a little extra time on their hands?

Actually it's painted that why for when they tested it.During testing that paint job helped them tell how stable it was during the drop as it fell from the aircraft.  If it were to spin to much the the parachute would fold up and the bomb might fall short if it failed.

That's why I suggested the surface mount remedy. Perhaps we can shrink it down in order to add enough 'puter power!
