Scott Walker Wisconsin Governor

Here in Wisconsin the rights of public employees are about to be eviscerated. The governor has proposed that the only thing these employees will be allowed to negotiated is their wages. He wants all these things to be approved in the next week or so. This could happen since the entire state legislature is controlled by the repubs.

They spent oodles of dollars to oust our progressive senators, governor, etal. I just want the whole country to know what is happening here. I understand that similar goings on around the country. what are we to do? By the way, he has the National Guard on stand-by.

1. And he's bringing out the NG against them, too

Can anybody sue this dude? I'm not a lawyer. I am so sad to hear about WI going this way - I actually thought about moving there at one time, and I have friends there, too.

I bet that the new republican governor and legislature will have their approval number skyrocket after this.
When you are the beneficiary of someone’s kindness and generosity, it produces a sense of gratitude and community.

When you are the beneficiary of a policy that steals from someone and gives it to you in return for your vote, it produces a sense of entitlement and dependency.

Right off Huffington Post.

http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/02/11/scott-walker-unions-wisconsin-national-guard_n_822225.html

Scott Walker has the National Guard on stand-by.  He's preparing for the possible protests of the unions/union workers.  If the left wasn't so violent, maybe he wouldn't need the National Guard ready.

He couldn't have been thinking about for a long while. He only took office last month.

BTW. Michigan's new Gov. is going to do the same thing. The political make up is total RED. It's a shame too as I'm moving to TN. Tanking my wife down on March 1st.
Come to think of it, unions do create jobs. Companies have to hire two workers to do the work of one.

It's so hard to fathom how the DUmmy mind twitches and squirms. I just cannot come up with a plausible explanation for what caused this DUmbass to capitalize "Knows". They seem to use capital letters and punctuation at random, except for apostrophes, which they use improperly almost 100% of the time.

Is the NG being called out to shoot control the protesting union thugs or to handle emergencies while the thugs are whining?

Personally, I would start rounding up you anti-social freaks and sending you to the "Marshall" Law re-education centers today.

Note to the lurking DUmpmonkies. The Guard is always on call to the Governor for any reason he deems fit under the States Constitution and Federal Law. You tools start some shit we are the ones that get the mission to put you in the hurt locker and we don't have to care who or why, you are going to jail ,just that you have stepped on it big time and we get to call the shots.  All this talk on the left about revolutions and riots and civil wars would make anyone put the Guard on speed dial till there is either no need for it or you force the Governors hand and he has to resort to restoring order.

You DUmmies seem to forget the Rodney King riots and how soon that crap stopped when the state called out the military to help the cops. Seems none of your gangbanging friends wanted to go out and play tag with guys that have tanks and machine guns on call. Its to bad however they managed to do about 1 billion in property damage and I forget how many sent to the hospital.

Hell, why not be like the Feds and set the wages in law, with any raises provided by the legislature each year?

Uh, did we live next door at one time? This is exactly what I was goin' to post! We must be related some how! Oh, H5, BTW!

DUmmies think we can just keep printin' money for these unfunded pensions forever! When I see a pencil pusher janitorin' for the court house makin' $100,000+/year, it's time to even up the odds! It's high time we put these leeches in their place!
