18. It isn't football that bugs me, but the nausea-inducing hype...

the excessive $$ and obsessiveness seems to underscore every negative stereotype many have about Americans. Soccer still has that emphasis on the sport, it seems to me-- where the attention should be. Sort of like the difference between wrestling in the Olympics and WWF on tv. I could watch and appreciate the first, despite being no fan of the sport. Not the latter. Similarly, I can still enjoy college football.
well aren't you just one helluv an American patriot! I guess we should have hooligans in Pro Football too, huh, ya POS? Maybe then you could see how much more intricate the game is over Soccer.
Soccer is the most boring game ever televised! The only good part is watchin' the 3rd world country idiots try to kill each other over a kids game!
Soccer is for athletes that don't want to get hurt. Sure there are injuries, but I haven't seen any of those girly boys take a hit anything like football player! Unless it's after the game and some lunatic fan hits him over the head with a chair!
Soccer
sucks!!! There, I said it!
Oh, and put a college team out on the field against the worst Pro team and see how long the last.
