Repealing is out of the question. Best Congress can hope for is defunding HCR. As long as Lord Zero is sitting on AF1 (since he has an antipathy to the Oval Office), HCR stays right where it is.

They might have the votes in the house to repeal, and the senate would be interesting if Reid were to allow a vote on it.  However, Obeywon would veto it. 

The  :censored: Demonrats are claiming this is political theater, but I see it as the house conservatives keeping a campaign promise.

Yeah, I understand the gesture, but I say screw that - just defund the ******* thing. Quit trying to do something that simply won't happen. It expends time and political capital on an activity that just won't work.

Trying to "repeal" Obamacare just wastes time. And resources. There'll be plenty of time for restructuring once Zero's thrown out of office on his ass.

It is political theater, however, voters have a short attention span.  They need reminders of who is for the program that is killing their job and raising their health insurance premiums, and what better way than to send 0bama a repeal bill every month or so for him to veto.
