I hate that country in the winter.  Miserable.

It's only one degree here today, but we don't have the wind.  I just helped thaw some water pipes at a friend's ranch and am watching some empty rentals for another lady who is out of town.  Wouldn't take long to freeze in some of those old houses with crud for insulation.
