How about the possibility Twixy was actually catching a few pulls from his Sneaky Pete while dumpster diving at a Whole Foods when they served him a "No Tresspass" order? Sound reasonable?  Around here the full time dumpster diver / wino / homeless are frequently served them.

Prior to 1996, an alcoholic could collect DI if they had worked prior to their claim. Amazing.

Whoa.  That's good news.

I quit drinking in 1987, and at the time, there were lots around sitting on their asses riding the disability gravy train.

I wasn't aware they can't do that any more.

Come to think of it, unions do create jobs. Companies have to hire two workers to do the work of one.
