This started in 1969 and guess who was President and who was Governor of California at that time when What's his name jacked up the state to unionise seasonal workers from Mexico.I was so young at that time and simply did not understand how non-Americans could come here and disrupt American life.Come to think of it, now I am so old, I still do not understand.
