Hudson of Federal District Court in Richmond, has promised to rule by the end of the year on the constitutionality of the law’s requirement that most Americans obtain insurance, which does not take effect until 2014.Although administration officials remain confident that it is constitutionally valid to compel people to obtain health insurance, they also acknowledge that Judge Hudson’s preliminary opinions and comments could presage the first ruling against the law.

If you don't like socialism capitalism you should leave the USA. And quit your church as religions rely on socialism rich capitalist donors within their church.
"The nation that couldn’t be conquered by foreign enemies has been conquered by its elected officials" odawg Free Republic in reference to the GOP Elites who are no difference than the Democrats
I heard today that in Maryland there's now an 8 week waiting list to see a Kidney Specialist for Medicare Patients, and how some Doctors are now cutting back on seeing their Medicare Patients from 4 times per year to 2 times per year.
My doc dumped the medicaid patients. He told me that they didn't show up half the time and when they did they took up all his time with BS. He still sees the medicare patients. Said that they show up and are polite and even though he is losing money on them he's just not going to turn them away.I'd really hate to be a primary care MD right now.
