They believe that every dollar a rich person has, was somehow stolen from a poor person.

What they fail to realize is, if we go along with tax hikes on the rich the politicians will be expecting more revenue and will want to spend even more than they currently are trying to. Then they will want to raise taxes again to cover those costs. Rinse and repeat. It's a viscous cycle.

Ladies and gentlemen, my dear friends and colleagues of CU, what you are looking at is the foundation of the next strain of terrorists. 

The inhabitants of the DUmp are fascists and totalitarians to be sure, but they are also no different than the inhabitants of the various Mid East countries that, once they found themselves awash in money for their oil, commenced handing out government goodies until the world markets and their own economic largess forced them to cut off the flow.  Once the untrained and unmotivated citizens of these countries no longer had someone else providing their daily expenses, they were easy pickings for the mullahs who used them for their own gain.

While they may be a minor percentage of the population now, they will try to grow as quickly as possible. 

Entitlement zombies who turned into fanatical psychopaths; fed nothing but hate and venom to mindlessly go forth and do the bidding of their masters.  It won't be islam that motivates these fools, it will be hatred of anything good and decent.

This country will have it's own problem with this as we start to turn back our government from the gimme state it's currently in.

If recent history is any indicator, and I don't see where it wouldn't be, this will be the next stage in the "evolution" of the American mindless do-nothings bred by the mullahs of the democrat party.

2)  I H5ed you because I think your premise is dead on.  Take the candy from the babies, and all Hell breaks loose.  Thing is, a lot of us have firearms and aren't afraid to use them in self-defense.  It will be a terrible time, and there will be some good people who will die.  A lot of bad people, too.  But, then the country will be able to restore its' place in the world.

Understandable but I think that the ramifications of a total breakdown will vastly eclipse the aftermath of the fall of Rome.  Unless the good and decent people of this country would stay truly united, I think we would end up seeing warring between states much like the warring that occurred throughout Europe for over a century.

Great point Wasp. I totally agree. We MUST stay united, even if we have some minor disagreements. We all love this Country and will/shall not let it go down with a fight!
