PORT ALBERNI - The retired Port Alberni lawyer who ordered the shooting of 30 former UVIC rabbits says she feels vindicated by a Law Society of B.C. conclusion that she acted within her rights.
Barbara Smith, formerly of Stofer and Smith on Argyle Street, hired a pest-control specialist to kill the feral rabbits, which had escaped from a neighbouring property in Coombs.

She is cleared to save humanity from rabbits. Now, she can kill more filthy God hating ptarmigan oppressing bunnies.
