The meal deal IS tough but you can try brushing your teeth instead (if you don't already
)
I'm the queen of "trying to quit" and can tell you tons of things that worked for me....temporarily. Only the will to give them up for good has escaped me.
Wellbutrin or the nicotine version (forgot the name) works for most people also, although it's probably a lifetime medication for those of us that simply can't get past the craving.
I will never again touch the stuff. I was on it as a kid cause the doctors thought it would aid the ADHD. Instead, it made me suicidal. One of the reasons I hate taking medication, actually.
And guys...*gulp* about an hour ago, I found a pack that I had apparently bought the other day. I gave in. I'm honestly kicking myself, but I guess logic dictates "Don't waste your money." I've been smoking for a while now, and I know this mentality won't do in the long run, but what's one more pack? As soon as those 20 are gone, I'm back to the drawing board, and will continue my journey to cigarette sobriety.
