(03-24) 19:45 PDT Grand Forks, N.D. (AP) --

Police say they arrested a man on disorderly conduct charges after he allegedly stood on railroad tracks in Grand Forks and forced more than one train to stop.

Police said Patrick Cain, 25, was out on the tracks about 2:30 a.m. and refused to cooperate with them when he was asked to leave the area.

Cain told officers he lives at Northlands Rescue Mission in Grand Forks.

If making a train stop is a crime couldn't they have Helen Thomas arrested for making trains take a dirt road?

According to the Bible, "know" means "yes."
