Dad threatens to kill daughter's bullies on bus

FLORIDA(KGO) -- A father boarded his 11-year old daughter's school bus in central Florida to confront her alleged bullies.


She has cerebral palsy, and James Jones says some kids on the bus had been taunting her, hitting her and had even thrown condoms at her. He brought her on board and asked her to point them out.

"Everybody sit down. Everybody sit down," Jones said on the surveillance tape. He then orders his 11-year-old daughter to point out her alleged tormenters. "Show me which one. Show me which one," he said.

"I'm gonna (expletive) you up -- this is my daughter, and I will kill the (expletive) who fought her," Jones said.

Jones reportedly threatened not only the students but the bus driver as well.

I saw the Dad on video, I would have taken matters into my own hands too if I couldn't get any help from the school or bus driver.

Kids have always bullied other kids...I saw it happen all the time as a kid.  Our folks would call the parents of the other kids, if they were much older than us.  Sometimes it helped, sometimes not.  I do know that, as the oldest, I got very angry when someone bullied by baby brother...once punched a kid 4 years old than me for doing just that.  He quit.   

But I was the one that got in trouble and had to sit behind the bus driver for the rest of the year.

Yes, the dad probably could (and should) have handled it better, but sometimes, dead is better...err, I mean...paternal instinct kicks in, and the overwhelming desire to exact punishment upon the little sociopathic offspring of incompetent parentage just kicks in.

Personally, I probably wouldn't have boarded that bus, choosing instead to do such horrendous damage to whatever credit the little shitstains' parents had managed to accrue, they'd be unable to get anything more than a rent-to-own contract at Aarons for the next 10 years, if that.

It's a good thing I use my powers for good, rather than evil; I could easily be doing a long stretch at San Quentin, given what runs through my head most days.

Wanna bet these bullies are going to be the next drug carteler, serial killer, or terrorist? Bullies, like terrorists or dictators only understand brutal force and fear. A lot of bullies turn into criminals and many evil figures like Eric Harris/Dylan Klebold, Osama bin Laden, Adolf Hitler, and Joseph Stalin.

I notice bullies are insecure which is often tied to narcissism, paranoid, and anti-social personality disorder, so common in evil figures as I mentioned.

When I was growing up, I encountered bullies all of the time. Typically, when one strikes back, the bullies quit or leave people alone. HOWEVER...... it was also taught that people didn't "pick on" those that had actual disabilities.

There is the fact that most kids get bullied at one time or another--same as we adults get bullied by strange adults that invade our space to try to bully us.

However this child is handicapped, she could not defend herself and brought out the predator instincts in the other kids.

I do not think that that the kids were aware totally of what they were doing, this was just primal instinct.

So the child's father enters on the scene and is defending his child.  He also has the instinct to protect his child from harm.

We are told that as parents we are not involved enough in our kids lives.  Then when a parent of a handicapped child tries everything they can to keep their child safe, they decide to take things in their own hands--wouldn't you?

What parent of a handicapped child would expect that child to stand up for themself, give me a break in a few years letting this go on, that little girl will be sexually assaulted unless a stop to that behavior toward her is STOPPED NOW.

Just imagine the life of that child had her Dad been a liberal, a weeping Willey that was afraid to protect his daughter.

Darn all the excuses parents give for sitting back and watching as their kids are mentally and physically harmed.    I could go to jail, loose my job, darn I could be shot or cause problems for the rest of the family.

Tough, the family that can survive on their own will, the one family member that needs her Daddy will or can face an early death.

We are not animals that discard the weekest of our children, as humans we need to tend to the least of our brood.

My son had a kid bullying him once.  The 'bully' was smaller than my boy but he had a little gang he had put together.  I was wondering how to handle it until my boy told me the bully's name.  LOL  The bully lived in our subdivision.  I told me son to tell the bully; "My dad knows where you live and he said he would take me to your house after school and on the weekends until you stop trying to get your friends to beat me up."

The threats stopped that day!

Some boy in my grade (in elementary school) was picking on my sister.  After school, I went up to him with a handful of rocks and shoved them in his mouth. 

I had to sit in the principal's office until my mom came... but whatever.   lol

I'd like to know why 11 year old children had condoms in the first place as well.  Bus drivers, teachers, other school officials won't discipline kids anymore because everyone is so sue happy in this country.  You will also be labeled a racist if you discipline a child.  Heaven forbid you teach these brats some manners. 

Another great reason to homeschool.

If my daughter ever bullied another child, she would get her butt kicked by me.

Oh... and I LOVE this mother in the grocery store today.  Her kids were acting up and she said, "If you don't stop, I will whoop your asses right here!"  You NEVER hear that anymore in stores.  I wanted to give this mother a round of applause.

The family should not send that child back to that school under any circumstances.  Find the best private school available, enroll the child and send the tuition bill to the public school district.   If they can't find a good private school, get some tutors in, home school and make the district pay for all expenses associated with that.


A family in our school with a special needs child did that.  The courts said the district had to pay. 

The school totally failed that child and the damage done is irreparable.

He handled it completely wrong, and he should have never said many of the things he said, but I don't blame him. It must be heartbreaking as a parent to see that kind of fear in your child. I as a mother would be storming the bus as well. I don't think I would use the words that he used but I would find out who the punks were and follow them into the school. Never mess with my cubs or you are going to see the mommy bear come out and she does not play nice

You got parents who are so self-absorbed, feel entitled to everything, spoil them silly, and live vicariously through their children. I can see how bullying comes about. Just look at the parents.
