People like Al Charlatain are desperate. The only way he and his kind can maintain power is by continually playing the Race Card. It appals them that there are more and more black people that identify themselves as conservative or Republican. Charlatain just wants to keep them on the DemocRAT plantation and beholden to gubbment handouts, thus ensuring their votes.
I wonder how many black people realise that it was the democRATs that wanted to block the Civil Rights Act.
