Problem is when the Government refuses to follow the law, out and out ignores the law, and decides to hide from the responsibility's that they were expected to face when they were voted in.??
This is getting very close to an uprising against our so called leaders. It frightens me that the crazy has now taken over the Asylum.
Seems that the leaders we have that demand the Government to follow the law are now being threatened with law suits from their government that wants to make new laws that are not for our betterment but for some other agenda they have.
It strikes me that the founding fathers KNEW that at some time in the future this would happen. So the Clause that people could form Militarize State armed people to defend itself from a government take over, or even individuals who needed to be armed to keep their freedom was placed in the Bill of Rights. This was in no way to protect us from foreign invaders but to protect us from American Government that had taken a turn for the worse.
They knew as well educated men that this day would be coming, and the right to bare arms was a warning to the future of what happens sooner or later in all civilizations.
