He's still held at Gitmo, right? I'm fine if he never gets a trial. In fact, I'd much prefer it. Trials are not for barbarians. Those who stand against all civilization should have no expectation of enjoying civilization's accoutrements.
Something just ain't right here, now if the USA called in a few Egyptian penal officers to get information from the prisoner, it would not take but 20 minutes to get learn everything he knows.
What other country holding terrorists allows them to watch TV, has a basketball court for them to get exercise. 3 meals a day tailored to their religious beliefs.

Yeah I saw the pictures taken at the detention center of low ranking guards scaring the Dejesus's out of these terrorists. BFD, no one poured boiling oil on them, no one did anything but humiliated these killers. Since when is humiliation considered torture.?
Scaring the hell out of the enemy with no physical beating, starving , allowing them to shower, pray and keep their holy books that direct them to kill their captors is not torture.
No one refuses to allow them to pray, read their holy book, water boarding must be hell but it is not the rack or the iron maiden. None are placed in boxes in the mid day sun to rot for 30 days, none are castrated or used for medical experiments.
