Basically this is what this is about, there's a drug called Diastat, it's an emergency drug used for seizures, for about 10 years Teachers volunteered to be trained to administer the drug, the drug is administered rectally, now the Unions are mad because of cuts being made and are against the bill that would allow lay people to administer the drug, they want the schools to hire Nurses. 1 of the Nurses from the Union at the beginning of the video even said she was afraid that the lay person administering the drug would use it in the wrong cavity, the stupidity of that comment.
