To be completely fair, if the aliens ever happened to stumble on DU, I can see why they'd want to do that.

I can say in the 5 years I was there, I never once clicked on the 9-11 forum. Ever. I only used the lounge, GD, and the MS forum (barely).

I heard about the crazy forum, but I never checked it out. I just didn't see the point because I knew I wouldn't post in it, and I'd rather not know about the farfetched conspiracies people had. I do love a good conspiracy for entertainment purposes only. The ideas behind JFK's assassination, Area 51, etc. Those are interesting ideas to throw around but not actually get "into". So, seeing this totally blows my mind. Of course I know there are these kinds of people out there, I just don't encounter them myself.

Funny; sci-fi author David wrote a series of books about that.  Spooked is apparently the first 'tard I've ever encountered who didn't understand that was FICTION. :shortbus:
